Tank Cleaning

Den Hartogh has spread their cleaning facilities over various locations in Europe in order to clean containers quickly and efficiently close to the point of delivery. This makes it possible to load new products effectively for the next transport.

Our cleaning installations are equipped with the most modern techniques to minimize the environmental impact. Den Hartogh is a member of the ATCN and is ISO 9002 certified. We are also SQAS assessed and have permission to clean a large variety of products, including dangerous substances and foodstuffs. Our foodstuffs cleaning bays are completely separated from the cleaning of chemical substances and have been designed in accordance with the latest HACCP standards.

Bays are available for the specific requirements of different chemical substances with special air removal for obnoxious odours or very high pressure cleaning (700 bar) for crystallised isocyanates or similar products. If desired or necessary and in addition to mechanical cleaning, we can also manually remove the discolouration from your innertanks.

We can also repair, vacuum or pressure test your tank containers and IBCs. The preparation of your tanks for the 2½ and 5 year IMO inspection is an option. We will also look after the inspection and the official certification.
