Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the CMR / AVC conditions, latest revision, are applicable to all forwarding and other activities.
Den Hartogh Global
The Dutch Forwarding Conditions (FENEX), latest version, including a choice for Dutch Law and an arbitration clause, are applicable to all forwarding and other activities, unless Den HARTOGH acts as carrier under a DEN HARTOGH B/L in which case the conditions of the DEN HARTOGH B/L, including a choice for Dutch Law and a jurisdiction clause (court of Rotterdam), are applicable.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, our Cleaning, Heating and Repair General Conditions, latest revision, are applicable.
